          After 4 weeks in Thailand I already learned a lot. Not only during my training in the Hansar Hotel Bangkok but as well in my free time / days off.  Thailand has a totally different culture then where I come from (Belgium),


          I am a cross training trainee in Hansar Bangkok, I started in the Sales and reservation Department. After this department I will go to the Front office department and after that to food and beverage department.
          I already met a lot of people by working, by travelling and visiting. During my 4 weeks in Bangkok I already visited some parts in Bangkok. I like to travel and visit as much as I can. Under need you can read what I already did in the last 4 weeks and what I certainly recommend to other trainees areWat Pro, Golden Mountain, Standing Buddha, Chatchuchak Park and Market, My first time with Took Took, Staff Party Hansar, Hua Hin (beach, Cicada market, standing Buddha, Night market), Victory monument, Mexican restaurant Sunrise Tacos, Lumpini park, Hard Rock Café Bangkok, Chiang Mai (Elephant Nature park, Wat Chedi Luang, Mae-Sa waterfalls, Wat densali, Night Bazaar, Wat Pra Singh), Eat Thai food and street food like Pad Thai, sticky rice with mango, som tam, Thai fried rice with eggs and vegetables and cetera.      


            Hello everyone, I’m Nick from Russia! After accomplishing my third course at HTMi I have decided to gain an experience of working in Asia Pacific region during my internship. Coincidently, I was contacted by an RMC representative right at the moment when I was searching for a desired training. 

            Thanks for offering me several opportunities as well as a full support throughout the whole visa process. My final choice was Hansar – a small Thai boutique luxury chain which interested me by its concept – a mixture of modern design with old Thai traditions. As Hansar hotels are not big, there is no fixed training; instead you get a so-called “cross-training” which includes participating in daily operations of F&B and Rooms Division departments as well as assisting hotel managers in various projects. My property is located in Bangkok which gave me an opportunity to know this amazing city better during these 6 months. Another interesting aspect was a big difference in working approach comparing to European way of running a hotel. After over 1,5 years of working background in Russia and Switzerland it was quite challenging to adopt to the way “we do things here”. But it is a great experience for everyone who is thinking about an international career. Once again, thanks to RMC for providing this career opportunity!

           Sawasdee ka! I'am Janeth, a student of Apicius Culinary Arts and Hotel Management Inc. I had the privilege of doing my 6 month internship in Thailand at Marriott Resort Phuket Merlin Beach with the help of RMC.
           Training within the Culinary Department was very challenging and has been an excellent experience. The kitchen atmosphere is very tough. You need to focus and give all your best to what you're doing to give a high quality service. Working here definitely molded me as a person. This experience helped me to adapt to new and different environment, to work efficiently under pressure and to love the field of cooking.
      I considered my experience fruitful because I became more independent, more mature and I learned how to be more organized in life.


  I am thankful to RMC for bringing me this amazing opportunity! Without a doubt, I recommend RMC as Placement Company that finds the best positions for people who wants to have an internship abroad!

              Hello, my name is Nhan and I would like to share my story about  the internship in Marriott Phuket Merlin beach. I am very happy to have a chance to be a trainee in Marriott Phuket, Thailand. My position was as a Management Trainee in Food and Beverage department for 6 month. Thanks to RMC team for helping me anytime I needed to give me an opportunity to have a unique memory and experiences. It is make me more confident when working in hospitality industry and especially at Banquet position. During my program, I worked close to Banquet manager to help him create a unique meeting, ceremony, and wedding for our customers. Staff was really friendly and they always willing to help me anytime I needed. I learn how to create a Western wedding and Indian wedding, formal meeting and unformal meeting, ceremony for big company… I also learnt how to greeting guests and serving them when they have function in the hotel. It was very interesting for me and

​          As a recent graduate in Hospitality Management, I was seeking for a different and exciting adventure, an experience that I can cherish for many years to come.
         I applied for a 6 month internship program through RMC Consulting and was given the exciting news that I was accepted and further more I was going to place in a fantastic hotel called Centara Grand Beach Resort and Villas in Krabi. I was thrilled at the prospect of being in a town that was close to the beach as we live nearby the beach in my hometown. I was told that I was going to be placed in the spa department as the position of a management trainee.
         As a South African I did not know what to expect as it was my first time in Thailand, as well as in Asia. I was looking forward to learning a new culture, meeting new people and learning to adapt to my new work environment.
         Thailand is known to the world as by its famous motto "The Land of smiles". I can say that "The Land of smiles" definitely lives up to the friendly nature of many Thai people that I have met and come across. During my stay in Thailand i have met wonderful people both locals and foreigners and quickly became part of the Thai family.
